Jovian
Jovian (adj.) 1520s, "of Jove," from L. Jovis (see JOVE (Cf. Jove)) + -IAN (Cf. -ian). Meaning "of the planet Jupiter" is recorded from 1794. Latin Jovianus was a masculine proper name.
